Because the size and shape of cast nylon are not limited, it has greater flexibility. Low-cost tools can be used to produce cast nylon with simple shapes, and the production cycle is short; complex parts need to be produced in complex tools. Try not to use expensive casting machines in the social bar. The lactam monomer undergoes anionic polymerization in the mold and is finally converted into a polymer. The basic performance requirements based on the use conditions of plastic molds are as follows:

1) The hardness of the injection mold is usually below 50-60HRC. After the heat treatment, it should be sufficient to ensure the surface hardness and the mold has sufficient rigidity. Because the working process and filling of plastic molds are subject to greater stress and friction, precision molds require precision molds that maintain shape and size to ensure sufficient stability. The wear resistance of the steel mold depends on the chemical composition, heat treatment, and hardness of the material, thereby increasing the hardness of the mold to improve its wear resistance.

2) Excellent cutting processing. The most plastic molding requires machining experience and fitter repair methods. For cutting tools that prolong the service life, the cutting performance and the reduction of surface roughness and the hardness of plastic mold steel must be correct.
