Plastic mould has good economic benefit

Cast - molded nylon has high strength, resilience and resistance of abrasion and scuff. The pouring reaction is mainly carried out under atmospheric pressure or very low pressure, so nylon produced by casting has a very obvious advantage over nylon produced by extrusion or injection. Crystallinity and molecular weight have better dimensional stability, easy machinability, higher modulus, and heat distortion temperature. Because the size and shape of cast nylon are not limited, it has greater flexibility. Low-cost tools can be used to produce cast nylon with simple shapes, and the production cycle is short; complex parts need to be produced in complex tools. Try not to use expensive casting machines in the social bar. The lactam monomer undergoes anionic polymerization in the mold and is finally converted into a polymer. However, the reaction of the anhydrous acid catalysis process is poor and the conversion efficiency is low. Therefore, people often choose the catalytic reaction to obtain better results.

Since the 1950s, promoters have been developed, and in the late 1960s, more effective production machinery has been developed to accelerate the commercialization of cast nylon. Nowadays, plastic products are widely used in all aspects of daily life. Because the molding injection mold is characterized by high precision, high insert ability, high productivity, and easy to realize and modernize, it is widely used in manufacturing, automobiles, construction, household appliances, food, medicine, daily chemicals, etc. Facts have proved that the plastic industry production of plastic molds can obtain good economic benefits.

The basic performance requirements based on the use conditions of plastic molds are as follows:

1) The hardness of the injection mold is usually below 50-60HRC. After the heat treatment, it should be sufficient to ensure the surface hardness and the mold has sufficient rigidity. Because the working process and filling of plastic molds are subject to greater stress and friction, precision molds require precision molds that maintain shape and size to ensure sufficient stability. The wear resistance of the steel mold depends on the chemical composition, heat treatment, and hardness of the material, thereby increasing the hardness of the mold to improve its wear resistance.

2) Excellent cutting processing. The most plastic molding requires machining experience and fitter repair methods. For cutting tools that prolong the service life, the cutting performance and the reduction of surface roughness and the hardness of plastic mold steel must be correct.
